I ordered 2 plugs for my cooler and the package arrived with 2 plugs and only one gasket. I called and explained to the wonderful customer service person my problem and she said she’d have a gasket shipped out. 2 weeks later, nothing. I called again and the peron assured me the gasket would be shipped out. 1 month later, nothing. Not worth my time to keep chasing this. Meh

The auto on/off function is not very good, the switch is low quality and does not consistently detect when the door is open or closed.

Wish it was flat like my old cooler lights, works as expected it’s just large and klunky gets in way when ice chest is full of ice.

Actually a product that is actually as advertised! Quality for the investment is as advertised.
I love my big Blue and the lock!
