Cooler I got delivered to me has a dent in the lid. After I opened it up and found the dent in the lid I have emailed twice with no response back. Not sure if bluecoolerscanada buys damaged coolers at a discounted price then sell them to unsuspecting customers that are expecting dent less coolers.
Returned from a 12 day Moose hunt in Northern Ontario. Daytime temperatures were in the low to mid 20s. Nights temps were in the teens for the majority of the trip. I put 8 blocks of ice into the cooler on the first day of the trip. Cooler held ice the entire time. The 8 blocks only reduced 50 percent in size/shape by day 12 with normal use. Could have easily gone another week on the same ice. I bought the 110 quart model. It did not disappoint. What an exceptional product. Outstanding value for money. Fantastic delivery time. Exceeded my expectations. Only way I’d make this product better would be to certify it as bear proof allowing me to enjoy it in places requiring this designation. Otherwise completely satisfied.
